This will turn out to be a busy month for me as I test my metal in programming/web dev using Ruby and Rails in 2 seperate online courses.

The first is being run by Salish Talim and is focused on the Ruby programming (www.rubylearning.com). Classroom material and assignments are passed out online in a forum for the course.

The second course is being run at a google group and is called ‘ruby-on-rails-programming-with-passion’ This course is due to start on later on in the month.

I will be charting my progress on these courses and evaluating the value of the ‘online courses’ through the next couple of months.
